My new truck buying experience with Bill Penney Toyota of Huntsville, AL, began with a web search and a phone call before deciding to visit the showroom. I called and got a hold of Dewayne Webb. We briefly Huntsville, AL, began with a web search and a phone call before deciding to visit the showroom. I called and got a hold of Dewayne Webb. We briefly discussed my purchase goal. Of course I expressed my interest in the 2014 Toyota Tundra. When I arrived at Bill Penney, I was greeted by a seemingly happy couple of sales team members. After driving four different Tundras I decided on the one I have now. Dewayne worked on my behalf tirelessly from 2 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. I was happily able to drive off the lot satisfied with my purchase. Dewayne displayed a strong knowledge of the Toyota brand and was highly detailed in delivering the product with the best of customer satisfaction. He showed that he understands customers needs and wants in their vehicle purchase. Dewayne was extremely resourceful and enthusiastic throughout my buying experience. Dewayne showed professional concern for me, the customer. I felt like nothing else mattered to him than to take care of my purchase process. Dewayne represents Bill Penney Toyota with the highest standard of excellence. I'm proud to have received great customer service and I truly love my Toyota Tundra! Thank you Dewayne and team Bill Penney Toyota! Continue to show pride in your hard work made easy by taking care of your customers. More
I give this dealership great reviews because they gave us the royal treatment by introducing us to a lot of the staff members and they were very helpful in finding us the car we wanted since they didn't have the royal treatment by introducing us to a lot of the staff members and they were very helpful in finding us the car we wanted since they didn't have it in the lot. I still have not been told when I can expect to get my car. It's obvious that Toyota has truly screwed up this recall of their seats and they are not supporting the dealership with accurate and timely information. My experience is that Bill Penney has not handled this well either. They should not have told me the car would be ready the next day when all the data they had at that point indicated that this was not likely. They should have told me about this problem before I bought the car, not after I wrote a $37K check. Since that point in time, getting straight information has been extremely difficult. I'm having to call to ask what is going on - someone should be calling me. Often my calls are not returned at all and when they are returned, it is often hours later and the answer is the same - your parts are still not in and we don't know when they will arrive. If my salesman is off for the day - the ball is completely dropped and I hear nothing at all and no one knows what is going on. If I just let things like this completely drop on the days I was off - I would have been fired years ago. In short: you should have been straight up with me when I bought the car and you should be going above and beyond to keep me informed of the status of my car - and you have failed on both accounts. And now - one week later - I still have no clue when you are going to hand over the car that paid for in full one week ago. Robin Cozby More
The overall experience was good, except I feel like I was toyed with when it came to picking the car up. I was supposed to pick it up the last day of February, but since I was, for lack of better words, CAR- toyed with when it came to picking the car up. I was supposed to pick it up the last day of February, but since I was, for lack of better words, CAR-LESS, I could not come that day. I COULD, however, come after the weekend. I got a call threatening that they'd put the car back on the lot even after I'd paid my nonrefundable deposit. That was nerve-wrecking. My grandparents had to drive all the way up from the opposite side of the state to take me. The salespeople were nice, to an extent. More
My husband and I were in need to purchase another vehicle after an unfortunate accident totaled my car. We start visiting several local dealerships, looked at many new cars online and on site, and even test after an unfortunate accident totaled my car. We start visiting several local dealerships, looked at many new cars online and on site, and even test drive a few. However, it all quickly became overwhelming as the flood of calls and emails started pouring from different vendors. Not ready to commit we decided to take a week break. It was then we decided to go to Bill Penny Toyota and we meet Noah Morgan. This young man, a former military service member too, took his time to listen to us and show us several Toyota models based on the features we were wanting. Through the hours we worked with him not once did we feel pressured to commit or make a purchase. Talking with Noah, was like talking to a friend, and when we finally made our decision he made the process very easy and handled it with great respect. We are very happy with our car purchase, and we highly recommend Noah Morgan, at Bill Penny Toyota. Him and the overall purchase services received from the other personnel was excellent. More

I previously leased and then purchased a 2001 Avalon. I could not have had a more dependable and comfortable car. I knew the dealership owner and respected him for his honesty and professionalism, so when could not have had a more dependable and comfortable car. I knew the dealership owner and respected him for his honesty and professionalism, so when I began looking again late last year I knew I wanted another Avalon and went to the dealership that had pleased me earlier. I then met the salesman, Tommy Terrell and looked over the Avalons available. I ultimately elected to wait until the 2014 models came out. I liked Tommy so well I kept his card. I called him and told him what I wanted. He promptly called to let me know it was in stock and within a day or two I was the owner of a 2014 Avalon Touring sedan. There was no pressure by the sales staff and I became impressed with the team spirit of the organization who provided full support to accommodate me. This is a first class dealer and I would not hesitate to recommend them highly to any prospective purchaser. There was no issue or problem that was not handled to my complete satisfaction in the friendliest manner possible. James E. Davis, Jr. More
