The salesmen were very knowledgeable about the van and could answer all our questions. They made us feel very comfortable while test driving and in store. They put up with our kids (1 and 3yrs) running could answer all our questions. They made us feel very comfortable while test driving and in store. They made sure to show us the service center and even took the time to program our phones into the van's system before we left. It is a complicated process, so I'm very glad they did that! Bill Penney Toyota has gone farther than any dealership I have purchased from. They are extremely friendly. They are not "pushy". Overall, this was very good experience from start to finish. Our sales person, Trell Barnes, was very polite and professional throughout the entire process. If there was only one negative on this experience, it would have been the time between finance and delivery of the vehicle. Apparently they were having some issues in the detailing department.
