One week after I bought my used Toyota it began to stutter and lurch. I told them, but they said used cars are sold as is. They said they would look at it, but it would not be free, so I took it to a stutter and lurch. I told them, but they said used cars are sold as is. They said they would look at it, but it would not be free, so I took it to a trusted mechanic instead. He said Bill Penney had to have known about the problem, and that they just turned off the check engine light. Bill Penney seems friendly, but they don't actually care about customer satisfaction. They don't stand behind the cars that they sell. More

The salesmen were very knowledgeable about the van and could answer all our questions. They made us feel very comfortable while test driving and in store. They put up with our kids (1 and 3yrs) running could answer all our questions. They made us feel very comfortable while test driving and in store. They put up with our kids (1 and 3yrs) running around and making a lot of noise without complaint. They were more than willing to negotiate with us, and in the end we felt that we got a great deal. They made sure to show us the service center and even took the time to program our phones into the van's system before we left. It is a complicated process, so I'm very glad they did that! We still feel great about our purchase, and we know that we can call with questions anytime. More

Bill Penney Toyota has gone farther than any dealership I have purchased from. They are extremely friendly. They are not "pushy". Chris Scott has called and sent letters after the sale making sure everythin have purchased from. They are extremely friendly. They are not "pushy". They must be a good dealership - because a "lemon" dealership wouldn't call to make sure you are happy! I recommend Bill Penney and the excellent salesperson, Chris Scott. More

Overall, this was very good experience from start to finish. Our sales person, Trell Barnes, was very polite and professional throughout the entire process. From the test drive, price negotiations, fina finish. Our sales person, Trell Barnes, was very polite and professional throughout the entire process. From the test drive, price negotiations, finance, and delivery, Trell kept us updated the entire way. If there was only one negative on this experience, it would have been the time between finance and delivery of the vehicle. Apparently they were having some issues in the detailing department. Other than this, I would rate my overall experience a 10. I would definitely purchase my next Toyota from Bill Penney. More
