2014 Mirage Purchase I tried to return a car that I purchased on Saturday to the dealership on Monday since they were closed Sunday. The car has an issue with the seats not wanting to stay locked in place and we do not like the car. We returned the car within 48 hrs to the dealership and they told us that they would not take the car back that we were stuck with it but could use it as a trade in for another car at their lot. We traded in our Ford Focus and got a loan to buy a brand new 2014 Mirage. The car is not what we were expecting. We want to envoke a right to rescind but the dealer is reluctant. We do not want this car. More

One week after I bought my used Toyota it began to stutter and lurch. I told them, but they said used cars are sold as is. They said they would look at it, but it would not be free, so I took it to a stutter and lurch. I told them, but they said used cars are sold as is. He said Bill Penney had to have known about the problem, and that they just turned off the check engine light. Bill Penney seems friendly, but they don't actually care about customer satisfaction. They don't stand behind the cars that they sell. More
The salesmen were very knowledgeable about the van and could answer all our questions. They made us feel very comfortable while test driving and in store. They made sure to show us the service center and even took the time to program our phones into the van's system before we left. It is a complicated process, so I'm very glad they did that! We still feel great about our purchase, and we know that we can call with questions anytime. More
