This vehicle was purchased AS-IS with no warranty. Our Preowned Sales Department asked the Service Department to look at the vehicle when they didn’t owe anything to the customer. The manager was upset because her boyfriend used a racial slur towards him. Sidney told the customer that it would not be tolerated. The customer came to Hunter Johnson’s office, and they reviewed the recording of the behavior. She said that was their slang and she could see how that may offend someone. The paperwork from this transaction will show that the vehicle was purchased AS-IS with nothing owed. The customer also had the option to take the vehicle to their mechanic or anywhere else for an inspection before purchasing and they declined. Also, we let them borrow a vehicle and even offered to help with the cost of a rental vehicle.

Hated dealing with their staff. One salesman did nothing but make comments about how I was refusing to take my husband’s last name. Our main sales man, Zach Thomas, was awful. He did not listen to what we wanted, he wasted our time, and talked in circles. He didn’t disclose certain “upgrades” to the cars, and we almost paid an extra couple thousand for features we didn’t even want. The worst thing was that he urged us to sign off on things that hadn’t been completed yet in order to “expedite the process”. I was limited since I needed a car sooner rather than later, but if I could do it again I would def have gone elsewhere or request a different person. My husband will need a new car in the next few years and we will NOT be back. No care of customers. Only the sale. $$$

After reviewing the recording of the transaction, The Finance Director and I feel as if Robert Sledge, the Finance manager followed our process. When the customer came in to finalize the transaction he had their final paperwork . It was a cash transaction and he had added the warranty since most of our customers take advantage of adding it. He discusses the warranty with them and they decide to decline. He prints and hands to them. He immediately realizes he neglected to remove the warranty and has her stop signing so that he can reprint. He took all three copies and placed them in the recycle bin. He reprints and continues with the transaction. The recording doesn't show any papers being presented from the day before as stated in this review. Also, since it is a cash transaction the customer would never write a check or pay any amount other than what they had agreed upon. The only documents presented were bill of sales since there is no contract on a cash deal. We are happy to show this recording to them if they would like to meet with our Finance Director.

And on top of them “following their process” (they are probably trained to slip in fees and hope customers don’t notice) of trying to secretly over charge customers $2000 over the agreed upon price…. They lost the floor mats, refuse to replace them, the window shade doesnt work, The bumper is FALLING OFF , it obviously has been wrecked, but they did not disclose that, and one of the keys doesn’t work, and they have refused to fix either.
