Matt respected us of that and helped us with all the information we needed and never once crossed the line or pushed us into buying a vehicle. We were so thrilled at the excellent customer service he gave us that we decided to discuss prices. The negotiation process was spectacular and was the quickest experience I ever had at a dealership when purchasing a car. We left with a new 2014 Highlander and have not regretted a moment of it. The only negative thing about the visit was when we were with the financial representative Drew. I didn't feel as friendly with him, yet it was more business and get it done atmosphere in there.
