He was worried about my comfort during the times we were waiting. He knew all about the car, and answered questions with great knowledge. I had not been to a dealership in over 20 years, and I was very worried about what type of experience I would have. The experience was wonderful and as painless as it could be! The price was great, Edin was so sweet, and I am very satisfied with my purchase! I love my new Camry!! Edin even called me a few days after the purchase to see how I was enjoying the car, and to see if I had any questions. My sister recommended Bill Penney to me, and she was right. Great experience! Awesome!!! I went into the dealership with a beat up 2002 explorer and drove off the lot with a 2007 Mitsubishi endeavor!!! He was friendly,he answered any questions that I had and when it came time to finance he didn't have a problem with this being the first car I have ever bought he was like okay let's get you in this car and he did with a good low monthly payment and low interest as well! My sister bought her first car from Bill Penney and now I did as well. I do plan on buying my next car from them too!! Definitely a satisfied customer! And Silas in the finance department was the best as well as all the salesmen on the floor they all spoke too me and were very helpful and friendly! More
