Nathan is a great salesman, and he goes above and beyond for his customers. He did a video walkaround on the Tahoe for you and you decided to give a Non-Refundable deposit after you saw the pictures and video online Your deposit held the vehicle for a week until you arrived on Sunday when the dealership was not open, and therefore, Nathan was not available to give you a proper demo or go over the reconditioning process with you. He could have easily explained the distinct color touch-up paint you saw, how it is used to correct these types of small imperfections.
