Great place, great salesperson. I had been contemplating buying a new car due to medical problems. I was on facebook and saw a picture of a car I liked. I clicked on the pic and it showed a car I had been looking at on the internet. I will admit the interior color (almond) is what won me over. Left an email ad and got a response from Jeremy Cooper. Went to the dalers the naxt day and lookes at the car. I decided I was goig to give my aswer within 2 days.. After a few moments with the sales manager there we did come up with a better aggreement. I still said I would wait. At no time was I ever pressured to buy this car. I really appreciated that. I called back the next day and told them to clean it, gas it and I woulb be there the next day. The day I pickedthe car up all the paperwork was ready, another plus. I loved the demeanor of young Jeremy Cooper. I could not have hand picked a better salesman. More

Lack of communication I called the service department at 7am about a flat tire. My car arrived at around 830am, but since I was not there (still at home), they serviced peo I called the service department at 7am about a flat tire. The shuttle picked me up at 10:30. I arrived at 11am. They didn't start on my car until few mins before 11. Long wait More

I bought a new vehicle from them and several parts of the deal lacked follow through such as keys requested in deal and lack of phone calls for parts that were included in the deal. They give you a 30 day due bill for parts. On day 29 I went down and inquired about the part for my new car that was part of the deal because nobody had called me. "They said come back on Monday." On Monday, the parts were there and I had to arrange to have them installed. Between getting keys cut properly, keys programmed and the roof rack for a van I made no less than 4 trips for something that should have taken 1 at most. What a waste of my time. Attention to detail and coordination of activities and follow through were poor on my first new vehicle deal. I was lucky enough to buy a second new vehicle later in the same year and went back to the Penney dealership. They remembered me and the difficult time I had with my 1st vehicle I bought from them. We tried to negotiate a price but didn't agree. We were $500 apart. The problem was the car had an option I did not want. I specifically told them if you can order me the car without the option we could probably agree on the price and do the deal. They kept trying to sell me the car with the option. (The option was 699 MSRP,) The OTD price I was willing to offer for a car with the options I wanted was $500 less than their "lowest price". Effectively, If they would have offered a car without the options they could have made the sale. I was unwilling to go to their price. At the end of the day I was able to get the car I wanted from another dealer for $250 less (taxes included) I really tried to give them my business but they didn't compete- all over the simple matter of giving the customer the options they wanted. After the 2nd deal didn't go through I did ask to speak with Zack Penney and let him know about my experience. I did let them know that I would be very unlikely to buy a new car from them again in the future. #3 I needed some parts for one of my cars. I asked about a 10% coupon I found online. I was told the coupon was only good for some specific items and my parts order didn't qualify. "We can't sell you those parts at that price." (Meaning 10% off) REALLY??!! for 10% off? That's OK I bought genuine OEM parts from an online dealer and had them shipped to my doorstep direct for less money than what this dealership wanted. The difference here was 10%. If the dealership had sold me the parts with the 10% discount I would have ordered on the spot. Again, IMO, it seems like the dealership has the attitude we don't need to compete. That's OK, I can always shop elsewhere and did so. This dealer gets 2 stars only because the service has been pretty solid over the years I have worked with them. New car sales and parts dept. leave something to be desired. More

This is the standard that most dealers should follow! I can't say enough about the customer service! The process was simple compared to the last time I purchased a vehicle. He and Robert put me at ease right away. In 2007, I quit taking my own car on out-of-town road trips. Previous experience with Corolla rentals VERY positive. So Corolla was the model I chose. The 2016 has everything I need – and then some. The Bill Penney folks really came through for me – clearly above and beyond. Your dealership will come highly recommended.
