He was very knowledgeable about the car that we were looking into buying and was very interactive and made the overall buying experience great. He wasn't "all about the sale" like some places are, he took his time and made sure we weren't being overwhelmed with the whole experience. He was very patient with us,(even after halfway through the paperwork my girlfriend decided that she would rather have a different color car).
