Superb Experience! I couldn't imagine buying my new car from anywhere else. Our salesman, Robert Sledge, was as friendly and courteous as the day is long. He was very attentive to our needs and was a real go getter from the beginning. Then there was Edin. Let's just say that he's very special. Edin was outright awesome. The staff made every imaginable effort to make sure my wife and I were happy. They took care of any problems in a very timely manner and guided us every step of the way. The service department personnel is incredible! Bill Penny has acquired a mass of wonderful , knowledgeable, friendly people that couldn't be more pleasurable to work with. My only regret is that I don't remember everyone's name that I met because I met so many great people during the process, but I want to acknowledge everyone who made this experience great. I am very proud to say that I bought my 2016 Toyota Avalon from Bill Penny Toyota! More
