Every dealership I have visited and no one has provided such exceptional client service to me! I purchased my 2014 Toyota Avalon Limited Hybrid this week and I have never been so thrilled! Willies sales director James was also very professional as well! I will continue to do business here 2 hours away from my home from now on! I will also send my friends & family! Worst place to buy a Car!! My wife and I went to buy a new car @ Bill Penney Toyota (due to the feedback we saw online) and like every other dealership the sales representative My wife and I went to buy a new car @ Bill Penney Toyota (due to the feedback we saw online) and like every other dealership the sales representative inititialy showed himself very helpful but after a while him and the floor manager were trying to push a sale. Even though we weren't comfortable with the car they sent my wife with the Finanace Manager who didn't knew any of the sale details so he ended up using a higher interest and other Bank we didn't agreed on. Few days after my wife returned to the dealership to claim a cash reward she got from Toyota Sales and the sales rep (David Wagoner) disrespected her in front of Floor Manager (Fred Williams). Is a shame for Toyota to have people like these on their workforce. My fault for not been there with her when it happened due to my deployed overseas. We have been loyal customers of Toyota, but that's our last car. More
