The one thing I would love to see Bill Penney Toyota add to what they offer customers is car detailing. I recently had back surgery and that makes will impossible to maintain this perfect shine I now have. I would much rather pay to have it done on site then have to go through a car wash.. I went to Bill Penney to buy a new Highlander because of the excellent service I received on my 2001. I purchased a 2016 Highlander Limited. Normally I place the experience of buying a car on the same level of enjoyment as a root canal, but not this time. The sales representative that worked with us, Vernon Mason, was extremely helpful, polite and considerate. After the vehicle was delivered, Vernon went over the various items on the car and set up the ones that we would be using. My wife and I are both 81 years old. Cars have changed greatly since 2001. All of the other members of Bill Penney's sales team that we dealt with there were also very helpful and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Bill Penney Toyota. More
