This service department is terrible! I have taken my tundra here 3 times for oil changes, tire rotation and basic maintenance. Each and every time it took at least 4 hours. The service is horrible and the people that work here are rude and act offended if you dare mention that you have been waiting an unacceptable amount of time. I bought the car 4 months ago, and I've had problems ever since I purchased the car, I keep getting the run around, spoke with numerous people and nothing is being done. waste of time and money! I had purchased new tires at Costco, and I was told I needed new lug nuts for my 21 year old 2003 Toyota Tundra. Because of the age of the truck, I was reluctant to take it in to the dealership, but I wa needed new lug nuts for my 21 year old 2003 Toyota Tundra. Because of the age of the truck, I was reluctant to take it in to the dealership, but I wanted authentic Toyota parts, because I was getting it ready to give to my grandson when he reaches 16 years old in a few months. I was connected with Service Advisor Richard Felch, who ordered the lug nuts and told me to just come by the next day and get them put on. I took the truck in, met Richard, who was very helpful and efficient. He had the lug nuts put on at no charge, while I waited in the remodeled customer lounge. It is clean and bright, has coffee for the customers, a charging station for your electronics, and is very comfortable. My wait was very short, and while I waited, I was texted with a video “walk around inspection” of my truck. They didn’t try to sell me something else or extra. Richard came and got me in the lounge, I paid my bill for the lug nuts, and walked out with Richard to my truck. I asked Richard for his card, because we have 2 other Toyotas in our family, and I will recommend they go to Richard. He is helpful, personable and professional. He restored my confidence in dealership service! More
Bought a used F-150 truck from the Bill Penney Mitsubishi side on 23 Dec 2023 and as of 01 Jan 2024 the truck broke down at my local gas station, had it towed home that night and contacted Gary Lane just to side on 23 Dec 2023 and as of 01 Jan 2024 the truck broke down at my local gas station, had it towed home that night and contacted Gary Lane just to be told that it didn't fall under the warranty! How convenient is that a Disabled Vet spends his holiday and $500 down on a vehicle that I haven't even had over a week and a half. Not to mention I haven't even made the first payment yet, and the saddest part they know I use to work for them!! If you want complete customer service and care I wouldn't advice spending your time or hard earned money with this dealership!! More
