Goode Good experience but they add extra stuff like Toyo Guard($599) and other little things to their vehicles that you don't need just to add cost and sale Good experience but they add extra stuff like Toyo Guard($599) and other little things to their vehicles that you don't need just to add cost and sales to the dealership and you cannot delete them because majority of their vehicles are already installed with them. The finance guys also try to sell you MANY different items such as multiple protection warranties and things in case you don't like that. I've bought many new vehicles and by far this dealership has been the worst about that. Overall good experience More

Not good. They car salesman we had said he would call and set up an appointment to get our bumper fixed and a key made which was all in the contract to do. He n They car salesman we had said he would call and set up an appointment to get our bumper fixed and a key made which was all in the contract to do. He never called, instead we had to call and set it up. We arrived at our appointment time only for them to say they couldn't do our bumper because the guy wasn't there. Then we waiting for an hour and a half for the key for them to say they couldn't do it because they didn't have the parts and that we would have to come back another day. More

Great salesman I was sitting in the service department waiting on my vehicle to be serviced and a gentleman approached me to see if I was interested in buying a new I was sitting in the service department waiting on my vehicle to be serviced and a gentleman approached me to see if I was interested in buying a new vehicle. I told him no. And he said, just come look at them and you may change your mind. I agreed to look at them. We walked around and looked at a few and I would comment on the things I would or would not like in the vehicle. I told him if I traded I needed to know the value of mine before I consider anything.
