Not good. They car salesman we had said he would call and set up an appointment to get our bumper fixed and a key made which was all in the contract to do. He never called, instead we had to call and set it up. We arrived at our appointment time only for them to say they couldn't do our bumper because the guy wasn't there. Then we waiting for an hour and a half for the key for them to say they couldn't do it because they didn't have the parts and that we would have to come back another day. More

Great salesman I was sitting in the service department waiting on my vehicle to be serviced and a gentleman approached me to see if I was interested in buying a new I was sitting in the service department waiting on my vehicle to be serviced and a gentleman approached me to see if I was interested in buying a new vehicle. I told him no. And he said, just come look at them and you may change your mind. I agreed to look at them. We walked around and looked at a few and I would comment on the things I would or would not like in the vehicle. I told him if I traded I needed to know the value of mine before I consider anything. I recently had back surgery and that makes will impossible to maintain this perfect shine I now have. I would much rather pay to have it done on site then have to go through a car wash..
