I let them check through Toyota's financing and they got me 0.0%. I went in thinking that I was going to get a good price for the Scion iA since I had a company discount through Pepsico. Bill Penney accepted the discount price AND gave me more discounts on top of that. So I was completely satisfied. We did not have to sit around and wait for this or that. The salesman made sure that we were entertained the entire time and did not get bored while they got everything ready. More

The best car buying experience ever I started looking at cars 2 weeks ago, wasn't sure what I really wanted. I read that the Toyota Corolla had the best over all higher rating of any other car sold. So I decided to go to Bill Penny Toyota and do some test drives in the Corolla and other make and models. To my surprise and amazement, I found that the corolla had met my standards and everything I had been looking for in a reliable automobile! I found my Dream Vehicle at Bill Penney Toyota I could not locate my Dream Vehicle, locally, so I searched for it using the website "Car Gurus" and found it at Bill Penney Toyota. Using the Car Gur I could not locate my Dream Vehicle, locally, so I searched for it using the website "Car Gurus" and found it at Bill Penney Toyota. Using the Car Gurus site I sent an email asking if the Vehicle was available. Salesman Vernon Mason received it and called me back the next morning. The Tacoma was available and I put a deposit on it. [Tacoma TRD 4x4 Off-Road in Quicksand]. Since I couldn't get from my home in North Georgia to Huntsville, AL, until the 20th, arrangements were made to meet around 11:30 AM on May 20. On Friday, as I pulled up, Vernon Mason recognized my red Corolla, met me and took me inside to his desk to get acquainted as the truck was pulled around to the front of the building. He showed me the truck and we took a "test drive" [I had not driven a Tacoma previously, so this was all purposely "new" for me]. The "test drive" was exciting ... the Tacoma felt so big compared to my little Corolla. Mr Mason explained the buttons and knobs, before we took the drive and afterwards, when I asked. We went inside and the Finance Officer, Wayne Lurvey, met with me and we completed all the paperwork for the loan and I paid my down payment. Then, I asked Mr Mason if the Service Dept had a running board available and they did, so we got that installed. While I was waiting [with my 18 year old granddaughter], we met a couple of other salesmen and talked with them. Everyone was very friendly and like family. The kind lady who answered the phone [I forgot her name] talked with us. Everyone was cheerful and upbeat. I'm even planning my mileage so that I can visit my son in TN and drive down to Huntsville, AL, to get my first service completed at Bill Penney Toyota. THAT is how nice and professional and friendly everyone is. More
