He asked if we had any questions, we let him know we were interested in test driving. Rick went to get the keys and brought back a full Carfax report for us to review. My husband and I decided the vehicle was a great fit for us. During our decision making process Rick was available to answer questions and provide facts, he was never pushy. The experience got even better as we proceeded to the business office to talk to Jeremy Johnson, who set up our financing. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and put our nerves of purchasing our first vehicle at ease. I will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle from Bill Penney in the future! More
