Don't go to this dealership. I went on the website and booked an appointment for my car for oil & lube service. I never got a confirmation back. Booked on Monday and called on Thursday to see if I had the appointment as scheduled for 11 am. The website was useless to find the booking. Went on the dealer chat line and they were very little help. They sent a message to the service dept. I started calling the service dept. at 7 am and until 8:15 am and no one picked up the line. Received a text message from the Sales Dept. that they were forwarding a message to the service dept. Still no response from the service dept. Called the service dept. and they took a voice mail and said they would call back. One hour later...nothing. I sent a text message to the Sales dept. (since they are the only ones who answer) to cancel my appointment (if I had one). I only wanted a confirmation of the appointment, yet their system doesn't allow it. I have been going to this dealership for over 12 years and their service dept. is awful about getting back to you in a timely manner...if at all. I have had it!!!! I am going to another Toyota dealership. Don't waste your time~ More
Terrible communication and customer service. In the end, I took my truck to another dealership and had everything taken care of before lunch. If my truck broke down in Bill Penney's parking lot, I'd still have it towed somewhere else. More

Jaden Tyson was great in assisting me with my new car purchase. Was patient with me, showed me the cars i wanted to test drive and explained all the features. We were blessed to have James Jackson as our salesman. He wasn't pushy, very knowledgeable and just a good man. Every text and phone call were returned promptly. Had a great experience with all of the staff there. Jamal Hill was amazing. Not at all like you think a car salesman would be. He was friendly and knowledgeable but not at all pushy. Just got new pads and rotors turned on all wheels at BP this morning (03/25/2024). I had a coupon for pads and rotor turned for $219.95. I made an appointment (7:15 AM Monday) with a real person over the p this morning (03/25/2024). I had a coupon for pads and rotor turned for $219.95. I made an appointment (7:15 AM Monday) with a real person over the phone and asked if this was for four wheels. I was told yes. I made the appointment. I was there by 6:45 AM . I stayed there the entire time until car was ready (~11:30 AM). To my surprise the cost was double ($481.57).. The customer service rep said the price is per axle. I showed him the coupon which said nothing about axles. He treated me as if I was some old man with dementia. That does xxxx me off. I asked for the head of the service center but that person was busy. I ended talking to the customer rep supervisor. after the rep had talked to her. I am currently waiting for the next one in the management chain. I would give them a zero except that the brakes were done. I don't expect any resolution. I do not have any respect for BP Toyota.
