My name is Sharleatha Calvert and I have had the worst experience of my life buying a car with Bill Penney never in a million years would I have thought this could happen to me I trusted them to sell me a experience of my life buying a car with Bill Penney never in a million years would I have thought this could happen to me I trusted them to sell me a good car..I purchased a 2017 infinite Q60 while test driving I let them know that the check engine light was on they told me it was a minor problem and they could fix it I never should’ve trusted that.. I got my loan through my own bank and gave them a $38,000 check I was only able to drive the car 2 days my car has been with them for over a month they called me and told me it would cost $10,000 to get my car fixed I was furious I haven’t even been able to drive the car and y’all told me it was a minor problem and now they are trying to get me to trade the car back in but only give me $32,000 for the car so I jus lose the whole way around..and that’s not it..I also purchased a Chrysler 300 at the time I bought the infinite so I purchased 2 cars from them and no one is trying to help me solve this problem Gary at Bill Penney tried to put me out he is rude and doesn’t care about his customers he never returns my calls and basicly jus doesn’t wanna deal with me but everyone was so nice when I was purchasing both cars but since they have sold me a Lemon car no one wants to deal with me I can’t believe they would do this to me when I trusted them….Never purchase a car from the used dealership side or deal with Gary or Pace..they will be nice to sell you the car but once you purchase the car they turn into arrogant xxxxxxxx More

Just bought a Tundra at Bill Penny. The Truck had a large dent in the bumper that they didnt mention. Im a disabled vet buying this vehicle. I took my truck in for service due to a miss/jolt when accelerating and there was no check engine light on. I left it there for 3 days before they notified me that couldn't find any issues. They notated accelerating and there was no check engine light on. I left it there for 3 days before they notified me that couldn't find any issues. They notated on the receipt that they felt the miss/jolt and recommended a list of services starting with a transmission flush and an ECM flash. I agreed and $400.00 dollars later, the services were done. However, the problem wasn’t fixed and the jolt still occurred. Instead of continuing to throw money at the issue, I decided use an OBD II scanner and review live data while driving. I hooked up the scanner and while driving the miss/jolt happened. I read all the different categories on the scanner and got to the misfire data. It stated I had a misfire in cylinder 3. I pulled the plug in cylinder 3 and it was in bad shape. So I pulled all the plugs and they were all in bad shape. I changed the plugs and now the truck runs smooth as silk. I am wondering why the services department never used a scan tool with live data reading or thought to pull and check a plug with the symptoms I was experiencing. They notated they felt a miss. I don’t feel like they spent any time looking for the issue. For the money spent, I expect more. More

Wanted to purchase a Rav from this dealer and test drove with Jimique (Jimmy), he was great and I wanted to buy from him. We showed up and he wasn’t there so Ramsee Miller and John Smith were handling us. R with Jimique (Jimmy), he was great and I wanted to buy from him. We showed up and he wasn’t there so Ramsee Miller and John Smith were handling us. Ramsee was talking about Jimmy in a negative way and laughed at the vehicle I was driving. They brought a car estimate for six thousands dollars over what Jimmy initially told us and what the car was worth. Not to mention that it was eight thousands dollars over the toyota website and KBB market value. Found a better dealer not far away with a RAV4 Hybrid with every feature! Save your time, go elsewhere. More
