It was my first time entering into the contract I did and it seems I had too many questions or took too long to read a few items for the male in charge of the financing office, Silas, that day. He lost his cool and the worst part was his outburst was abrupt. He first told me to ask as many questions as I needed, to claiming I was challenging and accusing him of changing the numbers around. He even went as far as saying I was being rude and "don't do this" in regards to my surprised reaction. While I'm satisfied with the car and my sales rep, I will not be returning due to Silas' unprofessional customer interaction. I wouldn't want anyone else going through the feelings I felt after leaving the dealership. More
