I have always been a Ford or Chevy woman, until now. I really was not expecting much, but because I had gotten a good price from Truecar.com at this dealership I figured why not stop in and check the plac really was not expecting much, but because I had gotten a good price from Truecar.com at this dealership I figured why not stop in and check the place out. John Coldewey was the main reason my husband and I talked and the reason we bought. John was up front on every question we asked. We bought a Lancer but we took it off the lot different than it looked on the lot. We wanted a lancer with a wing. The Lancer on the lot was the right color we wanted but no wing. John ordered a wing for our car and had us to come back at our convenience within a week to get the new wing installed. The service dept. even brought the wing out before installing to make sure we would be happy with the way it looked. That was 01-06-12 and we have been happy ever since. Several people from the dealership have contacted us since to make sure everything is good. I would recomend this dealership to anyone wanting a new car at a good price and very friendly staff. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Salesman,Venson Lett and Lee Williams Pre-Owned manager, were friendly,and informative. Took lots of time showing the Toyota RAV4's. I took my vehicle to the Mitsubishi dealership for repairs. It was not serviced to my satisfaction. My husband and I both have Mitsubishi vehicles, but we will not return to the dealership for maintenance. More
Service department was NOT friendly at all. I visited the service department about 6 months after the Mitsu dealership was moved to Bill Penney. They did NOT have a courtesy car available to take me to my office which was only about 5 miles away. <br><br>I had dealt with the service dept at Bill Penney Toyota dealership many years ago and the service was lousy then also.<br><br> More
