Afroze truly is a hands on salesman that cares and respects his customers. He went above and beyond my expectations of the typical Car salesman. He was by our side the whole time unlike the typical salesman who would move on to the next customer once a deal is signed. He worked with me on the price to fit my budget and very pleased with the experience. Honestly from all the dealerships i visited on my journey in looking for a new truck Bill Page was the friendliest and overall experience was wonderful, every employee had a smile on their face making me feel even more at home. I would strongly recommend Bill Page Toyota to all my family and friends. AFROZE you rock!!! More
Don Peterson was very helpful and friendly to me when I came into the dealership, not knowing which vehicle I wanted. He also was available after I bought my Camry, to answer the many questions I had after I got it home. I would recommend him and would also purchase another Toyota from him. My car was in for general maintenance at the service center. It was parked on the lot when a tow truck slid on ice and slammed into my car taking out the entire back end. The service manager, Moji Ahmadi, told me that he would "take care of me". They towed my car to Falls Church Auto Body (without my consent or knowledge). They didn't give me information on the tow truck company's insurance or a contact there. They didn't give me a contact person at Falls Church Auto Body. I've had the TOTAL run around by Bill Page Toyota and Falls Church Auto Body about getting my car fixed. It's now been nearly 6 weeks, and my car is FINALLY done! What kind of deal does Bill Page Toyota have going on with Falls Church Auto Body?!?! When I got SO upset with service manager Moji Ahmadi yesterday, he told me that they take no responsibility for cars parked on their lot. I am SO SORRY that I entrusted you with my car, Bill Page Toyota! What a disaster!!! More
As soon as u get to the service dept, no greeding, well I said that's ok. But when it comes the curiosity ride after u give them your location they say come now and then u get there & u will have to wait fo said that's ok. They want just your money, they don't care about your time especially if u sacrifice your time from your job to bring the car after each recall. Btw, I told an employe who is short and Asian ethnicity(name?) before the accelator recall published that my accelator is speeding sometimes, he said ooh don't worry that's normal. Few days later all news channel, newspapers talking about that problem and you know the rest of this story. Second service for my new 2009 corolla I was told to come back for an other same service after 2 months. That was dumb and rediculous. New car will need service oil ... After 2months!!!! Also they wrote wrong mileage on the paper work!! I I don't recommand this specific dealer location: bill page Toyota by annandale rd falls church va. Don't go there!!! More
Salesman was not friendly didn't know payments until we got to financing. When we said it was too much he would not let us change vehicles. At delivery no one pointed out features. We drove the car home in the wrong gear 'cause we weren't shown that D and 3 looked the same but weren't. We had to read the owners manual on our own. BAD! BAD! BAD! Now I am stuck with this and a high payment. We should have refused to sign and leave. Our bad! I would avoid this dealer at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
My wife's Camry had a blowout on the freeway. She called Bill Page Toyota to get the number for Toyota Roadside Assistence. They gave her the WRONG number. She called me and asked me to get the number, so I Bill Page Toyota to get the number for Toyota Roadside Assistence. They gave her the WRONG number. She called me and asked me to get the number, so I called them back and they gave me the customer service number for corporate Toyota. I had to call and listen to a full menu, then wait for an operator, and then the operator gave me the number. When she took the Camry in for a new tire, THEY DID NOT HAVE A TIRE FOR A CAMRY IN STOCK!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I can see not stocking a lot of tires, but this is for the current model Camry, folks. The service personel at Bill Page were neither friendly nor helpful. I had a really hard time undertanding the person I was talking to on the phone (english was not their first language) and they seemed offended that I could not understand them. They had a "don't call us, we'll call you" attitude, and seemed really annoyed that I was bothering them to check the status of my repair. I guess the Camry is an OK car, but based on my experience at Bill Page Toyota, I have seriously soured on the Toyota brand and would not consider buying another in the future. More
