Incredibly unprofessional experience. First, I had a meeting scheduled with a sales representative, and he had called me the previous night to confirm. I had to wait for another representative. When the new rep and I went looking to test the 3 vehicles I was looking for, it took us FAR TOO LONG. We walked around the building and went up and down three floors of the parking garage to find the vehicles. Several phone calls had to be made to locate them as well. Either the organization of the lot needs to be improved, or the reps need to be better informed as to where their cars were. The finance rep was brusque and unpleasant to work with and made the transaction uncomfortable to the point where I reconsidered buying the vehicle. If I did not immediately need the vehicle, I would have gone elsewhere. After purchasing the vehicle, the sales rep was supposed to follow up with me. I have not received a follow up email or call from him. The vehicle was delivered to me with a burnt out headlight. Apparently this made it through the Toyota inspection process. I tried to make an appointment with my sales rep to get it fixed, but he was not available. I showed up the next day, as I needed the vehicle working ASAP, and the secretary told me to wait for the manager before I could talk to service. I waited for 30 minutes, and the manager told me to simply drive it over and mention his name and it would get done. Huge waste of time. More

A 3 hour nightmare i exchanged phone calls and emails with the salesman and I decided to come in to finalize terms. The salesman was straightforward and courteous which I really appreciated. I had told him that I had received another offer and could he match and he said he could. The deal was agreed upon as an "out the door" price and I provided all of the information. I gave him a copy of my Id and stipulated clearly that the car was to be titled in Maryland. After sitting with the finance guy for almost two hours, we realized there was a mistake in the pricing. They claimed that they didn't know it was a Maryland deal and asked for a higher price for the vehicle and when I refused to pay it, words were exchanged and the GSM addressed me and my boyfriend in a threatening fashion and told us to "get out because I am going to lose $4000 anyway". Wow! This was after 11 pm after he had kept us for 3 hours. Needless to say, I would advise anyone thinking about using this dealership to think twice. The GSM was unethical, unprofessional and dishonsest and it was an obvious BAIT AND SWITCH. More
