We have had Toyota service maintenance for 20 years on our Corolla and Camry, and Mr. Tu Tran (service advisor) has been very helpful on our vehicles. We had to move oversea (Japan) on Aug. 31, 2020 for g our Corolla and Camry, and Mr. Tu Tran (service advisor) has been very helpful on our vehicles. We had to move oversea (Japan) on Aug. 31, 2020 for good, and we called him to take Camry 2001 for free since we just have to get rid of the vehicle (just donation), and he gave us advice just bring the vehicle on our convenience which was Aug. 30, telling us just drop the vehicle. We went Toyota Falls Church, and though the service department was closed on Sunday, sales representative there was very helpful to leave the key and title (gave us advice how to transfer the title).
