I scheduled an appointment via the website. I was greeted upon pulling in to the service department. We reviewed what would be done for service, and I was given a 1.5 hour timeframe for when my car would be upon pulling in to the service department. It was easy to make an appointment with a salesman and he was ready for me when I came. I felt comfortable in the showroom- Everyone had masks on and there was plenty of room to socially distance.
