I wanted to share a concerning experience I had recently. I took my car to this dealer for service and discovered that an item was missing from my car when I picked it up. On 11/02/2023, I had my 2014 Rav4 Fwd serviced at Bill page Toyota, Transmission fluid flushed at 102,400 miles (serviced at $299). Next time, I'm looking for another brand name car, but not this model. I might not be lucky with this model 2014 Rav4. More

The salesperson knew I was coming to make a purchase 24 hours in advance. On the way to the dealership, I notified him I was coming, yet the car wasn't ready to show. Also, the salesperson wouldn't even discuss the price, simply coming down 1.5k I would have made the purchase. I am a repeat Toyota customer but wasn't treated as a valued customer. More
