I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership, particularly with a staff member named Junior, who I believe is Ethiopian. His level of professionalism was incredibly lacking, and it was clear he had little to no knowledge of the cars or the services offered. As a potential customer, I expected someone to walk me through the available options, answer my questions, and genuinely try to help me find the right vehicle. Unfortunately, Junior did none of this. When I inquired about specific cars, he showed no interest in understanding my preferences or guiding me through the process. Instead, he seemed indifferent and even avoided showing me the cars I wanted to see. It honestly felt like I was more of a burden to him than a valued customer. I couldn’t help but feel that this lack of effort was causing the dealership to lose out on business. Salespeople should act as consultants, helping potential buyers by understanding their needs and offering suitable options, not treating customers as though they’re trying to sell something to them. I left feeling like the roles had been reversed—like I was the one trying to sell myself to him, rather than the other way around. A dealership is supposed to be a place where professionalism and respect are key, whether or not a purchase is made. Sadly, this was not the case here. I would advise the dealership to reassess their staff’s training, particularly in customer service, and encourage a more respectful and knowledgeable approach to sales. Respect goes a long way, and it’s crucial to treat every client with professionalism, regardless of whether they make a purchase or not. More

My salesperson, John Jerabek, was extremely helpful in my purchase of a 2025 4-wheel-drive hybrid Camry. He was knowledgeable, polite, and patient in describing everything to me. This was especially important to me because I hadn’t bought a new car since my 2001 Camry, which was also purchased from Bill Page Toyota. The many new features were all new to me and John made sure that I understood them all. He has continued to help me even after my purchase. He makes himself available even on his days off and even while on vacation. And he is so pleasant to work with. I can’t recommend him highly enough! More
