i bought new 2020 honda odyssey from bill page honda. two years after transmission failed in parking lot and would not move, i tow in(i had to pay tow bill do not know whay)replaced transmission, due to two years after transmission failed in parking lot and would not move, i tow in(i had to pay tow bill do not know whay)replaced transmission, due to factory defect. all problems starts from than, 3-4 weeks after my whole family were driving to new york for weekend vacation and rent a hotel.driving on 95 highway dash light come up(transmision temp near limitedperfomance may reduce) called bill page honda and they said i need to to nearest honda dealer.i had to pull in to maryland honda dealer show dash light and waited 5-6 hours in dealer without having lunch. after all the waiting they said everything is ok. i drove up on 95 and 30 minutes after light came up again.i had no choice to drive as it is. after trim went to bill page honda and they said nothing is wrong. ever since than everything when i am on highway driving 60-70 miles more than 40 minutes light alway comes up. do not know how long after i took it in to bill page honda again and advise them to drive on highway 60-70 miles non stop for 40 minutes and light will come up. few days after they said no problem found. when i went to p-up vehicle i ask jermy if they drove in highway he said no..... drove i local way......did not know what eles to tell hi. ever since than when i have to be in highway for long time i had to rent a car me paying also vacation time driving odyssey to myrtle beach....no i had to pay $800.00 around for rental because i do not want to make my vacation time dealer with transmission problem. about a month ago my family had to go colleage tour with my kits driving up to pittsburg and highway speed limited are 75 miles and ogcourse light came up heading up we had to stop 4-5 times to cool down and had to wait around 30 minutes every time stop.coming down from pittsburg on highway doing 75-80 miles my car would not go even when i step on gas and i see my speed is going down to 60-50-40-and 30 miles reducing speed, ni shoulder line found near me and had to force my self to pull over side of highway and trucks passing by 70-80 miles and almost hit my mirror i really feel my whole family may die here in highway. however i had to wait 30-40 minutes and pull over to shoulder line and wait it 40 minutes to cool down trans. i took my car back to bill page honda dealer again 2 days after jermy called me confirm good to go and problem was transmission oil over filled. HA HA HA so i almost die on highway lack of checking from day one i had problems. so what abot all the rental bill i been paying should be pay back from bill page honda. they should of listen to me and checked. i drove my odyssey last weekdend and light did not come up again for now. i really believe bill page honda need to pay me rental back.i will get you a invoice if you need it..what did i do wrong ...may be buying car from bill page honda is my fault let me know i will let everyone know not to make same mistake as me. Please read this before you go to Bill page Honda. They broke my tire's sensor when they filled in air in the tire. After that, they shifted the responsibility to us and charged us $95. Purchased my 2022 Passport at Bill Page in late October 2022. In early October 2023 I drove through white paint; couldn’t avoid it, freshly spilled all over the road. My tires, wheel wells, rear bumper, mo 2022. In early October 2023 I drove through white paint; couldn’t avoid it, freshly spilled all over the road. My tires, wheel wells, rear bumper, molding, left side and rear of car had splatters all over them. Husband tried power washing, which took some of it off, but it was still awful. We went to Bill Page service center to see what they could do. I was assured they would make it pristine again, and they did. The car looks brand new, and the fee for the work was so much lower than I’d been expecting. I’m delighted! More

Their service department, advisors really, really had gone awful. From the previous long wait time (3 hours+ for oil change) to this recent one. For sure, I had the worst experience by far from a Honda dealership. So I took my Acura, asked the service advisor (I’d keep him anonymous) if they service Acuras. He said they do. Bottom line, the guy gave me two misquotes which were all absurdly expensive. First quote was $3500+, second quote was $7000+!!!… I asked him why 7k worth of repairs he answered me and said, “well sometimes that’s just the way things are”… xxx? So I challenged him and said, you’re charging me $1300+ for bulb repair? He must’ve thought he would’ve schemed me by not paying attention to the charges, and the third quote was $5000+. So basically, seems like this dealership was just making their own rip-off service prices. There was no actual standard prices because everything was just off. So i decided that it felt very snakey and scheming so i decided to pull off the car because he was very untrustworthy. Oh best part, he still made me pay $242, well actually he did me a “favor” by lowering it to “$218”. Even though I explicitly said already what needed to be done. Sure I got oil change, but he still schemed a charge of $175 for “service”. More
Be careful of this dealership the salesman lie I was told when I bought my 2021 Honda pilot that I would get a oil change and car inspection for as long as I had the car. That was a lie. Long story short, you always get top-notch service from Bill Page. My boyfriend and I were in our apartment garage hanging our heads low as we tried to jumpstart his car. After about 45 minutes of YouTube videos and owner's manual searching I saw Jackson in our garage (and to my luck saw he was wearing a Bill Page Honda shirt). He quickly and happily helped us jumpstart my boyfriend's car. He saved the day! During such a dark time of the pandemic it meant so much to have him help. These are the type of people that work for Bill Page. They're always going the extra mile. I bought my Toyota about a year ago from the Bill Page across the street and had a stellar experience and continue to be very happy with their customer service. I have a feeling this has to do with the Bill Page brand across the board after my experience with Jackson today as well. Thank you for being there for all of our car needs! More
Avoid Bill Page service center I purchased a car here in 2010 (not a good experience) and brought it for an extended warranty in Aug 2018. They did not want to honor it, and I had to call Honda corporate to simply begin the process. My mechanic and I documented oil consumption for months. BP would not acknowledge any of our documentation, and although my mechanic and I checked and photographed the dipstick every 500 miles and confirmed excess oil consumption, BP would continually take my car to the bays and miraculously bring it back with full oil. Fourteen frustrating months later, and with Honda Corp behind me, I took it to Browns in Arlington (who knew nothing about my history) whereupon they immediately began tracking the oil consumption. They indeed verified the problem and promptly did the work. I highly recommend avoiding any service with the incredibly dishonest team at Bill Page. Take your Honda to Browns of Arlington and ANY car to Baird Automotive if you want honest and excellent service. More

Yes, our car was out of alignment, but no new tires needed. In fact, Bill Page told us that there was 50% life left on our tires. Thank you Bill Page! We always feel well taken care of! More

I walked in having (or so I thought) exhausted all attempts to pair my bluetooth with my phone. The internet and my cell carrier couldn't help me. I first spoke with Rob who came to my car and did what he could. And then he got Kristina. She was not going to give up fixing my issue and sat in my hot car until she performed a miracle! She was kind, patient and knowledgable and I never felt rushed.This kind of service does not happen often and I never take the time to write reviews, good or bad. But this was something special.
