Great communication, picked up my car on Monday, got the full rundown of features, recommendations on which to use and when to use them and left confident that I wouldn’t have to figure anything out along the way. He sent links to videos to help with any questions that might come up. Howard followed a few days later to see how I was enjoying my new Crosstrek (I love it) and see if I needed anything. And when I had a question about EZpass and my Eyesight cameras I left him a voicemail and he got right back to me within an hour with an answer. A few other things I appreciate about the experience: Marty in finance best finance guy I’ve ever dealt with Eric the sales manager coming over during paperwork to ask how things were going and giving me his contact info, shows he’s confident in his team that he won’t really be needed. But he’s there if we do need him. But Howard seals the deal. Great connection, knows his stuff and has amazing follow up and genuinely fun to work with We pick up another car in a few weeks and we are looking forward to that experience as well.
