I was super excited to make my first car purchase. One thing for certain, Holman Cano will make sure to waste your time and not sell you a car. I would include the textbook definition of a narcissist in my review, however, it is too close to Holman that I could just keep describing him. From start to finish, dealing with this guy was dreadful, unpleasant, and nasty. Day by day, Holman chose to lie, mislead about the status of the car I was purchasing. He was fully aware of how time sensitive me purchasing a car was considering I was moving. Making small talk was painful, unless you're into analogies that do not make sense and mumbling at a tone only a dog could pick up. The day before my move, Holman has refused to sell me a car because of the way my mother spoke to him on the phone, after having enough of his arrogant attitude. I was misled the entire way, and could've found a much better deal elsewhere in the meantime. Coming from someone who works in client relationships, this was easily one of the nastiest people I've seen in sales. It genuinely blows my mind this guy is capable of holding this job. Long story short, this place employs the least professional of people and I cannot stress enough to stay away. I will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. You could find a better salesperson at the Northvale McDonalds. More
