A friend who leases a Suburaru recommended that we go to Bill Kolb's and see Howard Bonfield. We called and made an appointment with Howard. We told him we were interested in a Forrester. He then checked the inventory and noticed that a grey metallic Limited that we wanted was en route to the dealership and still available. We decided to purchase it and arrived a week earlier than expected. When we picked up the SUV, Howard and the manager did not try to convince us to purchase any additional options like has happened to us in the past. They negotiated super quick and met our needs in timely manner. I was looking for a surprise but nothing happened LOL.
