Howard was knowledgeable and very patient, answering all of our questions. No high pressure sales pitch! He explained that he works on salary not on commission. We toured the modern showroom office and the high tech service area. We then took a 2015 Legacy for a test drive. My husband and I were both convinced that this was the car for me! We picked up my car about 2 weeks ago and Howard again took the time to explain each of the instruments and the safety features that are a priority in Subaru cars. Rafael Rosario at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru, my sales person, was knowledgeable, thorough, respectable, friendly, conscientious, helpful, plus a whole lot of adjectives that made my purchasing a new Subaru at this dealership an easy and pleasing experience. He should be rated the best in every category that he could control. On the other hand, Subaru took way too long to manufacture my new car. Ordered August 16 and was delivered on December 3rd. The above dealership said that they had no control over the manufacturing plant's shipping of the product. More

We bought a used Forester (2012) but got such a great deal and so many upgrades that I didn't mind not getting the current year's model. The car is in pristine condition, priced well and I received a very fair deal on my trade-in. I've been wanting this car for a long time and I cannot wait for it to snow now! At no time did I feel pressured to purchase this car. My phone calls and questions were promptly answered. When I picked up my new vehicle, it was Sergio's day off so Gary Mendelsohn assisted me. He spent a great deal of time explaining all of the many features of the vehicle. His goal was to review everything with me so that I did not need to go home and immediately review the manual. I was assured by both men that instead of reading the owner's manual, they would and continue to respond to any questions I have either by phone or in person. I researched the value of my trade-in and was offered more than expected for the car. My overall experience was excellent. The only negative comment I can make is that due to the huge influx of sales of this vehicle there is a long waiting period for the arrival of your new vehicle however this is no fault of the sales staff or dealership. More
