Bad communication I ordered a new wrx limited. I was told I would be kept in the loop about delivery time for the car. After 5 weeks of not hearing anything, I go to th I ordered a new wrx limited. I was told I would be kept in the loop about delivery time for the car. After 5 weeks of not hearing anything, I go to the dealer to find out when my car will be available for pickup. I spoke with a sales manager telling him I was leaving the next day for Ireland and wanted to make sure there would be no issue of the car being sold while I was away. The manager assured me he would tell my sales agent and that the car would be here waiting when I got back. The day I get back from vacation I have 4 voicemails from my sales rep saying that too many people are looking at the car and I needed to get back to them or they would have to get rid of it. 4 voicemails in 24 hours about this! So I call the sales manager and ask why I am getting these calls after I specifically told them I would be on vacation and would come in the day I was back. He says calm down maybe your sales rep didn't know about this.....and that my friends is bad communication. When spending 30k plus on a car there should have been better communication. The sales manager didn't communicate my notes to my sales rep and therefore caused confusion and aggravation. More

Once I stepped into Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru, I felt the transparency of this organization. They first listen our situation, needs, budget and preference. Then, they suggested several solutions to meet our goals. I never felt they try to sell. We went through together inventory list with detail vehicle information and price to find the possible candidates. After this process, we walked through the candidates one by one with explanation. During the course of search, we made several major changes on our preferences. However, they just simply supported us with great smile. Whole experience here was wonderful and enjoyable. I had been to other dealerships but nothing seemed to work out. Either they had cars that were out of my price range or in one instance after deciding on a car, I got the run around on finalizing the deal. At Bill Kolb I worked with Ross to find a good 2009 Impreza at the right price and Marty in Financing worked overtime to get me a deal that was more than fair. I am currently leasing Hondas for my wife and I, but when those terms end starting next year, will be stopping first at Kolb to see what can be done More
