I was preparing to listen to hype BS.My wife and I had an epiphany. Stuart was straight forward and forth right and made us feel we were taking with some one who actually cared about our making the correct decision for us even if we left with no packages in our hands. We now have the car we wanted; Forester 2,5i Limited black on black, with navigation and leather, We were not only impressed by Stuart but the whole Kolb family ( Maryann and Bill Kolb Jr., and Bill's son who test drove our RAV). On the sales/administrative side besides Paul Spiegel, who was so helpful on the "Plain English"finance explanation,,, Also, Steve Conners competently handled ALL the paper work. A pleasurable experience My wife and I returned to purchase another Subaru from Bill Kolb about two weeks ago. We were greeted by a salesman named Sonny Ripps. Immediately, So My wife and I returned to purchase another Subaru from Bill Kolb about two weeks ago. We were greeted by a salesman named Sonny Ripps. Immediately, Sonny made us feel very comfortable and at ease. He could not have been more helpful. We never felt rushed and within an hour, we purchased a 2015 Forester XT. Paul Spiegel assisted with financing and optional extended warranties and maintenance plans. Paul took his time to go over everything and never made us feel pressured. We returned to the dealership today to pick up the car. After filling out some paperwork, Sonny went over every aspect of the car and answered every question. Normally, most people would say that buying a car is a gut wrenching process but Sonny made it quite enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Bill Kolb dealership and Sonny Ripps if anyone is in need of a Subaru. More
