Above all, in addition to his cordiality, he is a guy with intelligence and humor that made the whole experience fun. A very unusual trait for a car salesman indeed. The employees I saw were all polite and welcoming. It is remarkable that the sales people are salaried and do not depend on commissions, hence no haggle-pricing and other funny business.
