I came to Kolb on the recommendation of someone in my office, as well as a family member; I was very pleased with my salesperson, Howard, who asked what I was looking for in a car and took me on a test drive in the Forester. He was very knowledgeable about the car and able to give me lots of details. I was impressed with the car, and we agreed to a fair price for the lease. Howard returned my phone calls promptly and was very organized with all the paperwork. He says he will be available to me for any questions or problems even after the sale, and I believe him. So far, very happy with my new 2016 Forester. More

My friend bought a CrossTrek and loved it and his son bought a WRX and he had great things to say so the ma We had been looking at Subaru for a while. My friend bought a CrossTrek and loved it and his son bought a WRX and he had great things to say so the marque was on our radar. We called or checked on line looking for a manual transmission car and found a Premium CrossTrek at Bill Kolbe Jr Subaru. We emailed our interest on Monday and their response was immediate. Their price was, quite frankly, lower than we expected and their loan rate was lower than we could get at our credit union. Wow! We decided to go in the next day to make the deal and when we arrived, our new car was front and center. The salesman - John - greeted us quickly, showed every feature of the vehicle. He took his time and answered every question, taking his time to make sure we understood the many unique features of the CrossTrek. We sat with him to do the paperwork and then with the low-pressure finance officer - Paul - to finalize the money. It was actually an enjoyable experience - none of that typical car dealer nonsense. I ordered a five accessories and was surprised at the substantial discount they offered - including installation. The salesman suggested a couple of places for lunch and sent us off while they completed the work. We arrived at the dealership at 10:30AM - made a deal, got a loan, had several accessories installed - we were on our way home in our new Subaru by 2:30PM. Easily the best car buying, no haggle, high touch experience in nearly 50 years of driving. Highly recommended dealership. More

We had spoken to him on the phone prior to driving there because this dealership had the exact car we had been looking for. When we arrived, he was busy with another couple but made the effort to let us know when he'd be available (which was soon). In the meantime, he asked another colleague to show us the car so we weren't just standing around. Also, being 8 months pregnant myself, he was very cognizant of that 'state,' and made every effort to always make me feel comfortable. The car was exactly what we wanted and we were very pleased to have finally found the right one. When we did sit down to talk about all the logistics, Holman was very up front about any fees or costs associated with the sale and had answers for any questions we had. He also coordinated all the various departments to be working on our sale collaboratively so we didn't have to be there any longer than necessary. Finance was a breeze and by the time we left there to go to the waiting room, we hardly sat down and their service department had already cleaned the car and gotten it ready to drive off the lot. Holman still walked us through each and every feature of the CrossTrek, making sure we had as much information possible before heading out. It was a very pleasant experience overall. He even took a photo of us in front of our new Subaru. We'd definitely go back there again and would highly recommend Holman as a trustworthy, honest, informed salesman. More
