Bought pre-owned 2010 outback I had been in the market for a pre-owned Subaru Outback for a few weeks when I came across a few at BK Subaru that interested me. They definitely have the most inventory of any Subaru dealer in our area. I used the "Check Availability" feature on their website and within a few hours, received a call back from Neil Turnbull. We scheduled a test drive for the next day. Neil was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. We looked at a few cars in the lot and Neil was very patient, answering any questions we had about the cars. We decided on a 2010 Subaru Outback Premium. Neil also helped us through getting our car appraised for trade-in and the negotiation went very smoothly. We really liked that the dealer salaries all their employees so there isn't the usual back and forth, haggling process. We all know subarus sell themselves, but man, some of the dealerships I went to were downright snobbish and reluctant to offer any assistance worth while in my search; "It almost seemed as though they only got up for lunch-breaks," if at all. But, finally the Subaru heavens opened up and here came Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru to the rescue and man, was the let-downs worth it. Not only did they give me time to find what really moved me, they listened, "sorry Dear", they explained, and most of all they waited for me(unlike your high-school sweetheart who disappeared after the first day at college); they gave me time and space. Jeff Weiner and son Dan Weiner, a second generation sales rep. catered to my very needs and then some with patience unrivaled by any other dealer in their class and there ain't many. Communication was at the top of my list when purchasing my car and they gave me lots of it while respecting my space, no pressure here!! I must say over my five weeks of test drives and deliberating Jeff and Dan kept me confident I was going to find that special car and I did. Now it was time to meet the "shark" aka the "finance guy"! The prices are reasonable most of the time, to the point that you can count on it. The sales team is nice and don't try to pressure you on buying something on the spot. When they could not found a car for me on the lot they ordered one and received it three days later. Prices are low but very little room to negotiate. For people that like a no haggle atmosphere, this is it. All in all a very positive experience. that why is me second Forester bought from them. More

When it was time for pick-up, he spent as much time and even more, going over every detail of the technology that makes the Subaru Outback the vehicle it is.
