A no nonsense family Howard was straight forward and to the point, I purchased a new 2016 WRX Premium. The pricing was communicated very clearly and there were no hidden fees tacked on. The hardest part of the entire deal was the wait time for the car to be made, but for a vehicle like this it was well worth the wait. They made me feel like a member of the Bill Kolb Jr. family. There was no haggling, no hidden costs and any recommendations by the staff was based on my circumstances and needs. Even the online ads were true to the cars on the lot. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a Subaru purchase. My only regret is that I live too far away to have my regular services performed in their immaculate (and I mean-eat off the floor clean) service department. I will definitely make Bill Kolb Jr. my first and only stop when I purchase another Subaru in 2017. (* personally had to take other dealerships to court, successfully, for a variety of infractions against customer treatment, false advertising, and inflated pricing and financing.) More

Granted, my first pick had already sold, which was unsurprising (they say to call for availability), my second choice was still on the lot. After a short test drive and inspection, I discovered a few minor issues with the car, but Howard and Paul were able to fix them pretty quickly and got me going quickly! I'd definitely recommend them to anybody! More
