I returned to my previous Sales Consultant, Holman Cano, for my new 2017 Subaru, which, with his knowledgeable guidance, I have decided to lease my new car. Holman guided me through the leasing process, which is a change from the process of purchasing a car. Again, very patient, and never pushy, he explained all of the differences and nuances of the lease vs buy process. He thoroughly explained all of the new features of the new Forester model. I had many, MANY questions, and Holman was able to answer all of my questions, and financing questions with Marty also went very smoothly, patiently, and answered, until I understood all. The car that I wanted was in stock and the follow-ups, turnaround and delivery process went very smoothly with Holman, same as with my previous purchase. I continue to find Bill Kolb’s dealership to be the best all around, in both service and value. They are friendly, fair and approachable. He explained our options thoroughly. Rick was there to help us the day of pick-up and he was very nice and helpful. Overall, it was a stress free experience and didn't leave us feeling like we got ripped off or taken advantage of, as some dealers tend to do. This car has a lot of technology in it, yet we didn't feel overwhelmed by it. This is our second purchase from Kolbs and I would recommend it highly. We've been to three other Subaru dealers and we got the best price here. More
