Be prepared, the place is always busy, but you never get the sense that you're waiting around for no reason or that they aren't actively working to get to you. We drive a half hour out from our hometown across the Tappen Zee to go to them and will continue to do so as long as drive Subaru.. We shopped around for awhile looking for our first car and really hit the jackpot with the team at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru. Its the opposite experience you're lead to expect when buying or leasing a car. I even got my father to get his Legacy from them two years ago. His lease is up in a year and he's already decided to re-up and get a new one as well. 5 stars isn't enough. Thanks guys! More

Great experience, highly recommended! I went in with the intention of purchasing a previously owned vehicle. I did some research on their website, and was pleased that the vehicle I wanted I went in with the intention of purchasing a previously owned vehicle. I did some research on their website, and was pleased that the vehicle I wanted was in stock. I spoke with someone on Monday to make an appointment on Wednesday. Rich indicated that even though we spoke, he wouldn't be in on Wednesday. He assured me that I would be in good hands with someone else from the sales staff. Larry greeted me immediately, and made sure that he knew what I was looking for. He was patient while looking up the availability of the vehicles I was considering. We took the 1st one for a drive. He was again very patient when answering questions, and explaining new features of the Forester to me. Larry was clear and upfront about the trade in process. He was very friendly during the whole process, and made sure that I was comfortable and confident about my decision. More
