Subaru was on our list and we visited the Bill Kolb dealership last. We identified the specific car of interest from your website and over the weekend sent a request to test drive the car. We had an exchange of emails with Howard Bonfield over the weekend and visited the dealership on Monday morning. Our experience wiith Howard Bonfield was excellent. He is a subject matter expert and master of information, history, and technical matter concerning the cars. If you were in a college, he would be the professor everyone wanted to study with. All information about the car was very clear, The test drive was beyond expection. My spouse and I both tested the car for considerable time. We droved on different types of roads and speeds. To our pleasant surprise we got very fair evaluation of our trade in vehicle.....more than what we expected. We also noticed the dealership was very busy and all sales people were dedicated to helping customers displaying a positive attitude. The finance manager, Paul, was clear, focused, but with no overwhelming pressure. We bought exactly what we felt comfortable . To our pleasant surprise once the car was ours, Howard went over all the features of the car (technology. safety. sinking iPhone, ....etc every feature possible) which made it easy for us the refer to manual afterwards. Our relationship with Howard extend beyond the purchase date. I understand now why Howard has been recognized with so many custom service awards. Well, one came in with really low miles and that was the car for us. The CARFAX reports are helpful too and the dealership will furnish those upon request. We got the car in a few days and feel good that our son will be driving a practical and safe car that handles really well in snow. Really appreciated the service from Holman and Pedro did the paper work really quickly on the day of pick-up. I got my registration and title within a month from BK Subaru.
