Howard (sales person) had a good knowledge of the car and was very professional all the time.without pushing things that we don't wanted or needed. We were referred to them by the Costco Auto program, so the price was already predefined. Since we knew the car we wanted and we had already tested drive before, we just had to work on the details of the payment. Paul (financing) was very professional. He offered the services he was supposed to offer, but without being pushy. The whole process was easy and it did not take a long time. Few days after the sale, Howard contacted us to make sure everything was fine and make himself available if we need something.
