My daughter and I went to Kolb Subaru after visiting a few dealers around our area, when we arrived at their dealership we were assigned to Ross, we t My daughter and I went to Kolb Subaru after visiting a few dealers around our area, when we arrived at their dealership we were assigned to Ross, we told him were interested in test driving a Forester for my daughter. He was so patient and knowledgeable with my daughter, he took the time to explain every detail about each car, we ended up purchasing a 2015 Legacy, we were able to take it home the same day. I have to say I was very impressed with the way they do business, I gave them a down payment of $5000 with a personal check, I thought I would have to wait until the check cleared but we were told don't worry, take the car today. suffice to say my daughter is thrilled with her new car. Ross, thanks for your time and understanding, you made us feel so good about our purchase, we think we got a great deal. Thumps up to Paul in financing as well. More

Out of nowhere they told me that the only bank they do Financing with is Chase. Throughout the process they told me they had multiple options for financing. Then they said 5.9% interest rate was a good rate, which is complete xxxxxxxx. Finally, they tried sliding in a completed extended warranty process on me at the final signing process. We never agreed on anything and they tried to act like it was a completed deal. Overall, OK experience, good car. More
