However, within minutes of meeting Gary, I began to feel a level of comfort. He was so personable, engaging and totally reassuring, boosting my self confidence before we even started. He assured me that yes, there was a lot to be learned and today was an introductory lesson. He told me I was welcomed back as often as needed to follow ups. Gary was amazingly patient and complimentary, reinforcing how great I was doing. I found myself smiling for the 2+ hours we were together. He was such a good teacher that I actually did master more than I had imagined. Even the paper work went smoothly with a some light moments attached. Gary and his team at Bill Kolbe created for us one of the very best new car experiences we have ever experienced.
