I was trying to purchase a 2014 F250 from Charlie Ortiz over the phone, but couldn’t get him to give me the time of day. First, he was on his lunch break so he asked me to call him back. I did, made an offer on the truck. He said he’d call me back in 15 minutes. An hour later, I called him back, and he said he was working on it. Another hour goes by, I call again, and he tells me “they” sold the truck a hour ago. You mean, after I originally made my offer? Save yourself the headache, shop elsewhere. More
Smoke and Mirrors Had an issue with Compton system, went several times to have someone look at it while still under warranty and each time they told me I would have to Had an issue with Compton system, went several times to have someone look at it while still under warranty and each time they told me I would have to leave my truck and they couldn’t tell me what day it would be ready for pick up. NEVER OFFERED A LOANER!!! My business wouldn’t allow me to leave it, not knowing when I would get my truck back. Ironically, when my warranty period was over, I get a letter for a recall and had an idea that I needed new brakes. I called about the brakes, recall and computer and the young lady immediately offered a loaner. When I picked up the truck they informed me that all was well. I get into the truck and the computer was as always, I brought this to Bob’s attention, he told me to drop by the next day and the tech would get right on it, take care of the issue. They informed me that the part for the computer would be 1000.00 After I complained about the described above, Bob said the reason I wasn’t offered a loaner before, was that they generally offer to Bill Knight customers only. I took that because I am a FORD customer and not a Bill Knight customer, that was the PRICE I will PAY More
Misleading I had a warranty on a clutch that I have had replaced numerous amounts of times. I paid for the clutch on November 7, 2016 with a 2 years warranty. Called to have it looked at again on November 2, 2018. Was told it was under warranty over the phone. The shop could not get my vehicle into the shop until November 12th. Was told on November 13, 2018 that it was no longer under warranty and that it expired on October 31, 2018. If it was a 2 year warranty I don’t understand how from November 7th when I paid for the repairs the 2 year warranty started on the October 31st! More
SHOPPING FOR A CAR I was going through a rough patch in my life and I needed a car. The dealership knowing this took advantage of me and let me take several cars for a t I was going through a rough patch in my life and I needed a car. The dealership knowing this took advantage of me and let me take several cars for a test drive. I told them my limit and asked for a car which I could afford. I picked out the car I thought was perfect but soon found out I was taken advantage of. I put a large down payment down to get my car payment lowered and so I would not have to have as much left to pay. I noticed at first my finances were off and I contacted the salesman who helped me. He assured me that he would get it taken care of. He lied. I still have never had any of my down payment applied to my car when on the original documents it showed where they would be applied. He put it on my final documents but also added a $2500 cleaning and detailing fee to the top! When I received my car it still had fries and toys from the family before. It also has transmission problems that they did not state when I purchased it. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY A VEHICLE! More
Dishonesty/Warranty I purchased an F-150 Platinum in 2013 and bought the extended warranty for $3925. I was told, at the time of purchase that if I did not use the warran I purchased an F-150 Platinum in 2013 and bought the extended warranty for $3925. I was told, at the time of purchase that if I did not use the warranty that I would receive a full refund after the 60 month/125,000. Now Bill Knight refuses to give me the refund. The manager said that they do not have a copy of the Signature Assurance Customer Application. I have all copies from the time of purchase, including the extend warranty but no Signature Assurance Application. I have done all my service at Bill Knight including some warranty work that I paid for out of pocket, refusing to use the warranty. I told the service department that unless it was something major, i.e. transmission, engine, differential, etc. that I would pay for it. All of this makes me wonder if the dealership intentionally forgets the Signature Assurance Application, so they will not be required to give the refund. I have purchased 3 F-150s and 1 Taurus from Bill Knight but will never do business with them again. More

Preventive Maintenance Turned into Disaster I took my car in to have some routine preventive maintenance done, and the next thing I know, they say it will be $1,200 MORE because a part broke whi I took my car in to have some routine preventive maintenance done, and the next thing I know, they say it will be $1,200 MORE because a part broke while they were working on it. I checked with two other mechanics and they both said that the only way that part could have been broken is if THEY BROKE it while taking it apart. They refused to admit they had broken it and expected me to pay for their mistake! More

Great transparent dealership! I highly recommend bill knight ford! They were low pressure, insanely nice, and gave me a deal that was so good I couldn't help but show my surprise! They didn't pressure my wife and I, they let us talk it over alone and didn't use any rude tactics that I used on me at other dealerships. They also threw in a 6 month warranty and a year of oil changes without me asking. Gary also had great after the sale customer service! The manager even showed me how much they paid for the trade in! Highly recommend! More

We had document showing the car had never been damaged. The repair work by their body shop was really bad . I would not buy a certified used car from them with out taking it to a body shop you trust to see if the car had been wrecked. They did give me my money back I had to take off work to take the car back drive from Enid to return the car and they would not give me refund for gas or for the fact our son had to also drive over so we could get back home PLEASE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP More
