When I bought my new pickup in May, the code was lost to unlock it. So the salesman said they put a temp code in and when I brought it in for the first oil change they would enter a code I wanted. When I did that I was told no, I had to make an appointment in the service area. So I called the service area and got an appointment to take it back to the fast lane again. When I arrived to pick my truck up, I was told they had retrieved the master code and started explaining how I could now get my owners manual out and change the code myself. However they decided they would do that for me. Then when I started to pay my bill, they had added $35 to my bill for this service. Which I complained about and they took it off. Bottom line is the left hand didn't seem to know what the right hand was doing. I wasn't the one that caused this problem. More

Had to return it the next day the underbelly cover was loose, cab air filter was not installed correctly noticed high pitched whistle and rotation. Lowest Stress Experience Ever! When I pulled onto the Bill Knight lot for the very first time ever, I knew the experience was going to be different. We walked around for at least 15 minutes and never had anyone approach us, never saw anyone lurking around the corner, we were left alone to peruse as long as we wanted. Once we were ready to check out a few Expeditions that were interesting, Jeff was ready and waiting just inside the office and was very pleasant. He was very patient with us and just overall the nicest guy! He even stayed late so that we could come back after our son's basketball game in order to not make an extra trip into Tulsa. Overall, just a great experience and great team at Bill Knight Ford. And, no, I'm not getting paid for this review. . . just a very happy and satisfied customer! More
