Kenny the Sales Manager on the new car side is amazing. He is super transparent and makes it very easy to get the deal done. Mike Driver in the finance office is NOT shadey like many dealers F&I sales people. Mike makes it easy to get financing and explains warranties and all the other aftermarket products easy to purchase. Back to my salesman Todd.. the new truck I purchased had a slight ding in one of the doors and a small scratch. Todd said he'd take care of it. I dropped it off at the dealership and got a text that Todd had parked it inside because there was a storm coming. The people at this dealership actually care about their customers. Absolutely too busy to care. We purchased our 2019 Ford EcoSport from Bill Knight Ford. Shortly after purchase, the car would just make a terrible noise, lights come on, then it We purchased our 2019 Ford EcoSport from Bill Knight Ford. Shortly after purchase, the car would just make a terrible noise, lights come on, then it shuts down. If you're on the highway, too bad... find a place to pull over if you can. We made a service appointment for Sept 13 (booked August 16). When we went in for the appointment, they expected us to leave the car for "at least 2 weeks" before they could even look at it. Service advisor didn't see any issue with expecting a customer to be without their car for weeks. Understand, this wasn't to fix the problem, this was to assess the problem! Since that time, we have called many times trying to schedule an appointment. They say we'll need to drop it off and they'll look at it when they get to it in "a couple weeks". Absolutely unacceptable customer service. More
