There is nothing worse than a service writer mansplaining about the mechanical attributes of a vehicle. At Bill Kay Honda, the mechanical issues are fixed and i am given simplified explainations without snobby condescension. Keep it up, Bill Kay! Oil change and tire rotation This time they didn’t reset the oil change warning so it’s causing me a trip back to the dealership again. When I went in another tome they didn’t co This time they didn’t reset the oil change warning so it’s causing me a trip back to the dealership again. When I went in another tome they didn’t connect my battery cable tight and my car wouldn’t start so I had to go back unnecessarily then too. I’m getting weary of being inconvenienced when I set an appointment there. I’ve tried to keep using them because I have a Honda but I am considering switching. When I call in they arent really sorry it happened and never a perk for causing me to make another trip . Sams always super nice which makes me not want to complain but sometimes it would be nice for the job the be checked before the car leaves. More

Found nail and screw in tire. Took Honda 2016 CRV in for 36,000 mile oil change and inspection. Tec found a nail and a large screw imbedded in the outer area of tire where it is no Took Honda 2016 CRV in for 36,000 mile oil change and inspection. Tec found a nail and a large screw imbedded in the outer area of tire where it is not recommended to repair. Replaced with new tire. Feel much better taking our Honda on an upcoming long road trip.
