New car purchase I visited to pick up my vehicle from service...only. We “accidently” met Emily, a new sales associate, and were quickly met with Areal. I attempted to explain that I was a retiree with Social Security being my only income and I needed to do some financial figuring. More pressure. I finally asked to be given the best deal and if unhappy I would leave, which I did. Still on the lot, I researched and found that I could possibly find a similar vehicle for $1000 less elsewhere. Miraculously, after serious searching 🙄, the same deal was found at Bill Kay. From my experience, Emily should become an asset to the Bill Kay family. More
