Positive. Almost everything about the buying experience was positive except for the considerable wait while the paperwork was being processed for signature. Do not place a dealership decal/sticker on the back end of the vehicle. Although it was removed without much trouble or damage (when it is warm), this archaic practice only serves to xxxx off discriminating buyers like me, 2. Serve some type of snack(s) for people who are waiting for maintenance or sales service. Many dealerships offer popcorn, cookies, or something simple to sustain their patrons. More

They follow that up by owning the problem and delivering service with confidence. They continue to exceed my expectations. More

Unfortunately, like most dealerships, they use the Black Book pricing method instead of Kelley Blue Book. Beware that the Black Book is what a simliar vehicle is LISTED for in other dealerships. Not what it SOLD for. I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased. More
