I came in with Sam is always so kind and considerate on days that are usually bad for people....he goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. I came in with cRV door lock problem and promptly locked the keys in the car. Sam took it in stride. He was happy to provide me with a cute little red car for the day. When it was ready, the bill was slightly less than anticipated. Car needs a 100k tune up, informed me of it and what it entailed as well as how important it is to have done. I couldn’t have it sone then, but he did not pressure me into it. Bill Kay has a gem of an employee in service. Thank you. More
