I had my car towed up to Naperville from Peoria to Bill Jacobs Mini. I needed the turbo replaced and they were amazing. Brought my car in for an oil change and Nick H. saw me right away and I was pleasenty surprised to see the cost was the cheapest around, and included air filter replacement. I was in and out fast and was able to enjoy the nice refreshments in the meantime. Dan H. (Service Tech) did a thorough inspection of the vehicle (tires, brakes, fluids, etc) and sent a video of the inspection via text, which is a great touch. Some dealerships get a bad reputation, especially for cost, but Bill Jacobs MINI is the only place I will ever go, as they have excellent customer service, great prices and above all else top not technicians and service!
