Love my Mini Cooper so I ordered a new one today! This is the second Mini I have purchased from this dealership, and the main reason is because of RACHEL! Shout out to ALDO H., too! The service people there are always so helpful—concerned, careful listeners. I needed to change out old license plates for new ones because the paint was chipping off. The plate was on there SO TIGHT and corroded so I couldn’t get it done myself. Service said bring it in whenever, no labor charge, just had to buy new mounting frame. I don’t know how ALDO did it, but he did with patience and was a real pro. My big frustration worked out just fine with ALDO’s help. Thanks so much!!! More
